Roscoe Morgan – Club Director
Our Club Director, Roscoe Morgan, is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a dual major in Education and Earth Sciences. He previously worked as an elementary school and adult education teacher, and a workforce education trainer with the Cleveland Municipal School District. He also spent three years with the Urban League of Cleveland as Director of Cuyahoga Countys’ YouthBuild Program. Mr. Morgan is currently working toward a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Jackalyn Fehrenbach - Assistant Director
Jackalyn Fehrenbach is the Assistant Director at the Heights You Club. Jackalyn graduated from the University of Toledo with a B.A in Communications. Jackie started working as volunteer running different programs through the University’s YMCA. She gradually moved her way to other branches working with teen programs designed to develop leadership and social skills, tutoring and study skills and job readiness. Before coming to the Boys and Girls Club Jackie she helped implement and run after-school and summer programming for the North Canton YMCA Child Care Center.
Charisse M. Callieham-Warr
- Education Services Instructor
Charisse Callieham-Warr is the Education Services Instructor at the Heights Youth Club. Charisse is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a B.A. in Communication. Previous to her employment with the Heights Youth Club, Charisse served as a Family Life Specialist and Summer Program Teacher at Beech Brook, where she provided support to youth in addressing their mental health needs, by teaching them to develop, display and participate in socially appropriate behaviors and interactions. Charisse’s professional affiliations include Treu-Mart Youth Development Fellowship Program, DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative and Lifework Leadership. Outside of work, Charisse facilitates youth development workshops and looks forward to continuing her calling and mission of educating and empowering youth to reach their full potential.
Marcus Hilson - Teen Floor Coordinator
Marcus Hilson is the Teen Floor coordinator. Marcus is a graduate of Wright state University in the class of 2007. He holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership. In his spare time he collects retro memorabilia. Marcus also enjoys pop art, watching sports and playing basketball. Marcus will be coaching the pre-teen basketball squad at the Heights Youth Club.
Rhonda Thomas - Front Desk Intake Clerk
Rhonda Thomas is the Front Desk Intake Clerk at the Height Youth Club. Rhonda is a retired Cuyahoga Department of Human Services employee with 30 years of service. She also serves on the clerical staff at the Pillar of Faith Christian Center, and as Youth Pastor became a mother to many youth in community. In her spare time she volunteers with the Cleveland Chapter of UMDAOP working at the women's shelter.

Kimberly Morgan - Board Administrator
Kimberly Morgan is the Board Administrator for the Heights Youth Club Board of Directors. She brings twenty years experience as the former Ohio Department of Education Work and Family Program Coordinator, Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Kimberly also served as an Executive Secretary at WHYY TV12 and 91FM public television and radio stations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her spare time she volunteers at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center as a Social Responsibility Training coach.
