Roscoe Morgan – Club Director
Our Club Director, Roscoe Morgan, is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a dual major in Education and Earth Sciences. He previously worked as an elementary school and adult education teacher, and a workforce education trainer with the Cleveland Municipal School District. He also spent three years with the Urban League of Cleveland as Director of Cuyahoga Countys’ YouthBuild Program. Mr. Morgan is currently working toward a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Jackalyn Fehrenbach - Assistant Director
Jackalyn Fehrenbach is the Assistant Director at the Heights You Club. Jackalyn graduated from the University of Toledo with a B.A in Communications. Jackie started working as volunteer running different programs through the University’s YMCA. She gradually moved her way to other branches working with teen programs designed to develop leadership and social skills, tutoring and study skills and job readiness. Before coming to the Boys and Girls Club Jackie she helped implement and run after-school and summer programming for the North Canton YMCA Child Care Center.
Debra Wherry Bey - Arts and Culture Coordinator
Debra Wherry Bey is the Arts and Culture Coordinator at the Heights Youth Club. Debra attended and graduated from Kent State University in 1979. She also heads up the successful Green Garden program at the Club. In her spare time she enjoys participating in community activities, art, photography and gardening.
Brandon Delk - Gym Instructor
Brandon Delk is the Gym instructor at the Heights Youth Club. Brandon is a 2008 graduate of Cleveland Heights High school. Brandon is the first employee that was actually a member of the Heights Youth Club. Brandon worked as a junior staff person while he was in high school. He won the Boys and Girls Club of Cleveland Junior staff person of the year award in 2007. He was also the Heights Youth Club Youth of the Year winner that same year. After graduation in 2008 Brandon started college at Cuyahoga Community College where he continues his studies now. Brandon also was the recipient of a Charles Schwab money matters scholarship in 2008. Brandon now has worked at the Heights Youth Club for 4 years.
Marcus Hilson - Teen Floor Coordinator
Marcus Hilson is the Teen Floor coordinator. Marcus is a graduate of Wright state University in the class of 2007. He holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership. In his spare time he collects retro memorabilia. Marcus also enjoys pop art, watching sports and playing basketball. Marcus will be coaching the pre-teen basketball squad at the Heights Youth Club.
Kimberly Morgan - Board Administrator
Kimberly Morgan is the Board Administrator for the Heights Youth Club Board of Directors. She brings twenty years experience as the former Ohio Department of Education Work and Family Program Coordinator, Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Kimberly also served as an Executive Secretary at WHYY TV12 and 91FM public television and radio stations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her spare time she volunteers at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center as a Social Responsibility Training coach.
